This seller definitely has a scam going. If you DO receive anything in the mail, it's likely just a throwaway, and provides the seller proof of something shipped.in my case I received nothing, initiated a Paypal dispute that was formally settled in the seller's favor (he proofed shipment). Appeal this finding (talk to a PP agent), and Paypal will refund your money after all. It is unfortunate that PP still keeps an account open with them, but I deem in the quick reversal resulting in a quick refund to me, that this seller has a track record - an account which has some bad marks. I wish PP would be more comprehensive in its investigation, and determination, and that one would not have to take the extra appealing steps to make right.
