This company uses a PayPal account. They claim to be a company located in California. After not receiving the item I purchased I opened a dispute with PayPal. After PayPal contacted them I received a package which I had to sign for at the post office. It was a paper bag with a Hannah Montana print on it. Since it appeared to PayPal that I received the item, they found in favor of the seller. I appealed the dispute and called PayPal. They told me it is a scam out of China and immediately refunded my money.
