My daughter ordered a pair of running shoes for track season. After 3 weeks I began to e-mail seller for a tracking number of the package, as I hadn't received anything. Got no response, but received a "gorgeous red silk bag" in the mail valued at $. 73. I made a claim with Paypal, but when they contacted seller, they provided Paypal with tracking number of the package from the silk bag. They closed the case as a tracking number was provided. I have reopened the complaint with Paypal, but they told me to deal directly with the seller. Has anyone had success getting their money refunded?
