This company is the pure definition of "Retail Scam". They get your financial info, i.E. Credit card number, debit card, or checking account number and it's bye-bye money. It doesn't matter if you cancel either, they're still going to deduct $70 from your account every 60-days. When you call them to dispute, they'll bascially call you a liar and say they can find no record of you ever calling to cancel and that the charge is sticking. And, they tell you not to return anything.
My credit card company instructed me to return the merchandise and obtain proof of mailing, which I did today. It's going back to them insured with proof of delivery. I'm getting my $70 back because I didn't authorize this charge and "I did" cancel their service, both by phone and on their website. Don't let them get away with this, your credit card company will help you get your money back. Good luck.
