We signed up for free credit report in June.in July we were charged & called to cancel; I called again in Sept. 2011 and charges stopped until Jan. when they charged twice in same day; I called bank, they stopped payment for FUTURE charges only; no charges until April when they charged two separate days with company name slightly changed. Bank is not helping much because I was never given a confirmation number when I cancelled.
