I ordered the free trial of this product and paid the shipping charges of $4.94 & $4.95 on 9/18. I received the product, but it didn't work. I noticed the label that was included in the package indicated that once the 14 day trial was completed that a new 30 day supply would be sent automatically. It also says that if you do nothing that your card will be charged so I called to cancel and they offered to extend my trial an additional 14 days =10/16 which I accepted. I called and cancelled on 10/16 then I noticed the $30.00 & $49.99 charges pending on my account on 10/17. I contacted my bank to advise they were not authorized, but it was too late. I received confirmation emails that this order was cancelled. I think they mistakenly charged my account, but then they cancelled the charges or at least it appears that way as of today 10/19. The other thing that was strange was the shipping charges were paid to Green Coffee Products, but the other charges were being requested by WSC.
