Walmart broken sharp steam mop - Sharp steam mop

I got a sharp steam mop for christmas did not use much but before long it start leaving puddles of water so I quit using it. Needed to use it to clean my floor so I thought I would give it another shot started steaming rapidly and quit. I know that this small sharp steam mop should have lasted a little bit longer. What guarantee is there that the better or more expensive sharp steam mops are any better.
