I've had the mop for about half a year now and I have only used it about ten times. The handle has completely broken off of the mop. It is made of extremely cheap and brittle plastic, it's thin and hollow and now that it's broken is very sharp and has cut my hand open.
Don't buy from Shark unless you want blood on your floors as you clean them.
