Ought 2 mx5 steam mops one heats up but no steam the other water just pours out. Ordered and web site said 3 to 5 days waited weeks for delivery. Bought on recommenedation that a friend had bought one, they had paid £99 for theirs and i thought iwas getting a bargain. At least theirs work.
