Ordered a birthday arrangement for my in-laws. To say it was sub-par would be a gross understatement. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture on the website - it looked cheap and like someone with no experienced threw it together. I called Teleflora and was told they'd re-deliver using a different florist, but couldn't guarantee when that would be. Hello??? It was a BIRTHDAY gift. After 3 phone calls (and 3 days later) STILL no flower arrangement. NEVER EVER again!!! Stay away from this unprofessional outfit!
