Bad Washer Installation - Caused water damage to home

I am a Lowe's customer and have bought a number of major appliances from them. They usually have had decent customer service. Not great, just okay. My gripe is that i bought a new washer from them... They installed it and all seem well. Two months later, i noticed a water stain on the wall outside of my laundry room. I inspected my washer and found a very slow leak coming from the washer. I have since had someone take a look and verify that it is the washer and that it was not properly installed. He did fix that part. Since then, I have been trying to work with Lowe's to get someone out here to repair the damage the washer caused to my house. This has proven very difficult. Lowe's costumer support has me talking to three different managers at the local store and those guys are pushing me to the 3rd party company that delivered the washer and this 3rd part company (3PD) is not calling me back. After about 3 weeks (after several calls), 3DP did finally come out to my house to look at the damage. They where suppose to get back to me last week so they could then arrange for their insurance company to come out and look at the damage. They where suppose to follow up with me last week and guess what... They have yet to call me or return my calls.

Lowe's is really doing a poor job handling this. Does anyone know what I can do to get assistance or help get this resolved?
