My extended warrenty was still in effect when my washer failed. The Service Rep. Was prompt to come to my home and supposedly found the problem. It then took 14 days for The Service people to OK the Service Rep. To order the part. After 17 days the Service Rep.installed the part and prounounced the Washer "Good to Go". On the first load of clothes my washer would not work. So here we sit, back to square 1,20 days after reporting the washer not working and we still have no washer. I do believe that Lowe's should not be allowed to sell a
service contract. Believe me, I tell everyone I know this also.
