I want a new printer

I brought a dell v515w all in one printer 1/11, april it stopped printing. I call dell 1-800 number to get the printer replaced i was told i only had a year warranty on it. I asked if they would take it back and replace it with another one, i was told i had to buy another one or pay $58.00 for a warranty for another year and they would send me a refurbished one, wow. So this let me know that dell is selling refurbished products and you're thinking you are getting new stuff. That is sad
