I bought a magnum 150 rl scooter from american power sports in may. From day 1 i have had trouble. First the latch on the seat broke. Than the gasket on the seat broke. When i bought the scooter they said i would get 100 miles a gallon. It doesn't even come close. Now the scooter won't stay running. It will not stay idled. The scooter stops running when i am stopped. Now when i turn the trottle to give it gas it will kill. I tried calling don hopper numerous times and his number is disconnected. When i bought the scooter it was supposed to have a 24 month warrenty. The few times i did call him about other things he said that was not covered under the warrenty. Now he disconnected his number. I want a refund or a new scooter.
