Salesman Don Hopper at Adamsville, Tn. 38310 sold me a 150T-5 Magnum Scooter for $750 plus $100 tax. His advertisement said 24 months parts warranty. The battery went dead and Don refused to replaced it and finally stoppped taking my phone calls.
I learned today that parts for that scooter is hard to get. A Sloan motorcycle dealer couldn't get parts himself as he has a Huawin scooter. He did sell me a battery that would work on my scooter for $50. My scooter is a Huawin model Hy150T-8. I got a sales pitch from a advestisement in the Tennesseean paper.
I have a scooter I can't get parts for and nobody that will service it. I was snookered. Lied to. Can you help?
