I bought a scooter 3 years ago, and they only sent 1 key. Someone took the key out of my scooter and misplaced it. I called to order a new key, and they said that they don't have any keys. You have to buy a new section where the key goes, and install it, and it is 49 dollars plus 10.00 shipping. I can't afford it, and not able to install anything. Thus, my scooter is no good. To me, this is not fair and just a way to make more money. Scooter is not cheap. Keys should be made available.
