Been a frustrated customer for 2 years using the original model. Recently upgraded (??) to the 'plus' model. Spent about a total of 12 hours over 10 days trying to get help. Finally got someone with an iq that registered & solved the problem. God help you if you have a tech. Or billing problem. My title says it all. I can't understand why they don't listen & solve it. Not to worry a competitor will solve their problem for them. Eliminate them!
