My "Contacts List" will not load, even after repeated attempts. It appears to have started with this problem after a recent Upgrade by MagicJack. I moved my MagicJack to another computer and it initially loaded perfectly, but said that there was an Upgrade available. Upon loading the Upgrade, MagicJack could not download my "Contacts List" now on this computer. I've had two sessions with tech support, each finally saying that their experts were working on the problem and that I should restart MagicJack after one hour. No luck.
