Email-list.com salesman told me that they guarantee their email lists with 80-90% success. Well, 9 out of 10 emails bounce back and several are duplicates. I contacted the company again and they told me that I would have to file an email-complaint (they don't handle phone complaints). After complaining to them via email, they sent a standard email that said that the list was fine but it was my ISP, which is blacklisted. I had several other people with different ISPs also try and these emails and all came back. I emailed them again and told them this. My business partner received the exact same emails that I did. I demanded our money back and have not received another email from them nor our money back. They simply took the money, provided a substandard email marketing list, do NOT guarantee their list, and do not refund money.
