I ordered their Public Libraries email list on August 29. I was sent a download link within several hours. There guarantee states states the following: "MAILING LISTS:
We will refund postage (the cost of a stamp) for any undeliverable addresses over 10% of the total
list. We will also correct the undeliverable contacts and issue you an updated list.
EMAIL LISTS: We will replace any undeliverable contacts over 10% of the list total.
These guarantees are good for 30 days following purchase of lists."
I have contacted them 7 times by email and by phone. After the first phone call, I was told that I would receive an updated list by Sept. 30. That day came and went and then I called again 4 days later and was told that they needed to check out the ad email lists and that i would receive a lists in a matter of days.
That was the last time that I spoke to an individual and it was the last time they responded to my emails. These people will RIP YOU OFF. Don't do business with them. You will be regret it!
I have given them plenty of opportunity to resolve this and they won't even respond.
