I had applied on line for a loan. I got one. I checked my bank account and found that a check for $30.00 had been paid to Caprice Marketing LLC. I never
did business with these people. On the bottom of the check it had the name of
Payday Advance. I called them and an argument insued. I stated they stole from me and what they did was fraud. I want my $30.00 back and the $33.00 in
bank charges due to this fraudulent check. Is there no one out there that can
put these crooks out of business. I see I am not the only one this has happened to. Help
