DO NOT order this Auravie Trial offer as it is a complete scam. They offer a 30 money back guaratee offer if you read the fine print - which is do not open the product. They offer a 10 day trial period to return the unused portion of the product with a complete refund. I emailed Customer Service through the Auravie website on my 10th day. Says it takes 24 hours to have someone call back. No one called back or emailed me back. I emailed again on a Friday 11th day... No call back, I emailed again on Saturday which they are not open on the weekend only to finally find the 1-866-216-9336 number to call. I had to wait on the phone for 25 minutes to speak with a customer service rep in then tells me that I can not return the product since my 10 day trial is up. WHAT A SCAM this company is. The product doesn't work, it's very expensive and now I understand how this company tricks people into their money. I work in communications and I will certainly make this product vocal so that everyone will know the name of this product and therefore will think twice about buying it.
