AuraVie works in conjunction with Total Body Wellness to bilk customers of funds with a claim for a free trial. There product is no different from any other product on the shelves. One would expect that a free trial would give customers a way to see that the product offered does live up to its claim.
In this case AuraVie is nothing more than a mailing exercise that the customer pays $4.95. The "free trial" period is for 10 days and starts when the product is shipped. You can't package it up and return it before the free trial period ends.
The company now has your credit card number and charges for a full month supply because the product was not returned before the free trial expired.
Can i file a local lawsuit against this firm? Are there any organizations that i can join who might be interested in burning down the company's offices?
These are evil people and we need to purge this criminal element from the market so that legitimate retailers can offer products and customers can buy without fear that criminals like this are not to continue in the business of identity theft without repercussions.
