I tried the free trial of Auravie, and never received the product. They were trying to bill my credit card an additional $97.88, within 10 days of their shipment. How are you suppose to know if you like the product, when you maybe have 5 days to try it? Anyway, I contacted their customer service, and they want me to pay $97.88. I advised I did not receive the product, and they still want me to pay for it. I advised I am not paying for anything I did not recieve. I realize now, since I've been sent to their collections Dept, the free 30 day trial period is in all actuality about 5 days.
