Back on 04-05 I ordered Leanspa's trial product's for $3.95 and $4.95.04-18-11 I had 2 withdrawels from my account for $79.99 each so I called and cancelled on 04-19-11 and to get the money refunded, I had not received any products for this. On 06-04-11 I called to find out about my refund and they informed me I was about to recevied another shipment from 05-26-11, and that I evidentally only cancelled 1 order not both and so they cancelled the other that day and informed me that I could send it back for a refund and they e-mailed me an RMA #758498-328 to put on the package and send back, which I did. They informed me another shipment was due to be shipped that day, 06-04-11, but they were able to stop that shipment and the automatic withdrawel from my account of 79.99 and that the refund from the product I was returning would show up on my account 5-7 business days after they received the product I returned. That was not true. I had a withdrawel from my account on 05-31-11 for $79.99 for the product I returned with the RMA #. The 06-04-11 shipment they said they were able to cancel that day and stop from being shipped was indeed stopped from being shipped because I never received a thing from them after that day but I had another withdrawel of $79.99 by them on 06-06-11 for that very shipment they stopped. I called them back on 06-06-11 when the money was taken from my account and got hung up on 3x's. On 08-08-11 I called again and talked to a person by the name, Kyle, he informed me that only 1 of the orders had been cancelled and he was cancelling the other and I would receive my refund by mail in 4-6 weeks from 7-16-11, not sure where he got this date from and 8-8-11, supposedly the day he put in for the second cancellation. Which makes no sense because if I had not cancelled both products the 1st time I would have been receiving more products and getting charged and I wasn't. I called again on 09-12-11 due to not receiving any refunds yet and Kyle, what's the odds of that; getting the same agent again, 09-12-11, informed me that my refuned from 07-16-11 was queued up at the Corporate office in Connecticut and they are having difficulties due to a hurricane that came through. On 10-24-11 I called again and got hung up on 3x's, a recording kept coming on about e-mailing support @leanspa.com. Then I called again on 11-17-11 and got the same message and it said they'll respond within 3 business days of receiving the e-mail. Today, 11-20-11 I went to e-mail them at that site and when you click on the link to contact them NOTHING HAPPENS it goes right back to the same web page. If there is a class action lawsuit against this company I would appriciate the money they owe me. What I do know is I only have 2-bottles of the proper weight loss system and 1-bottle of the cleanse and have never taken any of it, none of it has ever been opened and they can have all of it back and keep the $8.90 I paid for the trials, I just want the rest of my they took.
