I bought a reverse trike for cash & was told i had to leave it to be checked out & detailed. After numerous calls & leaving mssgs no response i went to find out what's going on. The bike reverse gear was not working. I told heidi i did not want it. Was told that they don't do refunds. I told her to give me a different one. Had to lv it a wk to be ckd out again. After i picked it up & took it on the rd it was pulling all over the rd left & right @ 25-30 mph. I tried to call the office no answer as usual left mssgs & no response i went back to the business &heidi told me to bring it in to get it checked out i had the tow truck took it back. They kept it about 3wks & told me that i had to pay $ 350.00 to fix it when it was defective from the start. Was told that they were selling it for a co that went out of business & that's how she got it. I think thy're scamming people there.inever got the bike fixed & never received the title after 8 mths still don't have the title. I can't do anything with it because it's defective & can't reg it with no title piece of junk for $3400.00 unable to ride it never got a title after 8 mths still don't have t he title
