A young, seemingly earnest young man, knocked on my door during a rain storm. Said he was selling magazine subscriptions to pay for college. Feeling sorry for him, I ordered, but when I brought out my check book, he insisted that he could only accept cash of $60. He filled out my form and left me with a receipt. After he left, I investigated the company, and found all sorts of fraudulent claims against it. I immediately returned the cancel form provided. I have not received a magazine, nor a refund in over 4 months. I have called and left messages for them about six times, and have never received a live response, nor a call back.
