I am a Verizon costomer, I have to say this is the worst service by far that I have ever received for cable. I was told on April 14th by a costomer represenitive that I do not have to pay my april bill due to Verizon's mistake in billing and not being able to put my cell phone on one bill. That persons ID number is V352945 he stated that my next bill will be due May 25th. Verizon now wants payment on April 25th. Bookmark_t=page If I was to tell a costomer the price would be one then get there and change the price that's bad for business. I would like this taken care of ASAP Thank you very much for your time.
