A representative called me, I signed up for a something Leisure, which I cancelled within the cancellation time. A representative calls two months later and asks if I had been receiving any of the magazines? I said "no, I had not received any." She connected me to someone else, and I asked if I could cancel, she said I could not cancel, that the cancellation time had already passed, I asked to be connected to a manager, that I had not received anything and just wanted to cancel. She said she was tired of repeating herself and that she was the supervisor.
I again told her that there was always a way to cancel, she said that my account was going to stay the way it was and hung up. What assholes.
I gave them a credit card that I cancelled, so I don't know how they're going to charge me, or if perhaps this is going to mess with my credit. I'm reporting them to the BBB.
