I spoke with Nancy Anderson who told me that I was approved for 14000.00. She told me that I had to send her $550 for insurance. After I sent the money I cannot get a hold of anyone. Nancy finally called me back and said that I would have to pay another $825.00 in order to get the money. I told her no and she said that the loan could not be processed. I told her that I wanted my $550 back and she said that it would take 30-90 days in order to get the money back.
