On November 28, I purchased the two way radios from Fry's in Las Vegas. I was told their was a $25 rebate and a rebate receipt was issued.
On December 2, I mailed in all the forms for my rebate. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions, and left messagese-mailed on numerous occasions, and was told I'd get a response, and never did. I called Fry's to get a direct number, and spoke with a woman named Nancy. I sent in all the correct forms and UPC numbers. On one occasion she told me she would process my rebate.
Then when I still did not get my rebate, I called again in May. I was told by Nancy that they have had a problem getting paid by Fry's, and put all these rebates on hold. I called Fry's and they told me that was not true. I then called back the number for Nancy again today, and was told I reached the reception desk, and that Nancy could now be reached at the 800 number. I called the 800 number and was got a message that the mailbox was full. I called the other number again, and was told that she can leave a message for Nancy and she'd get back to me.
Obviously, this company is hoping all those rebate requesters will just go away if they just keep giving us the run around. We cannot give up!
