I purchased a cheap T-Mobile phone at Target... Just in case the service was bad and I didn't like it. There would not be much of a financial loss.
I also purchased a card for $30 air time which included 1500 minutes and text messages, if I recall. At this time, I don't remember exactly because I used the minutes and went back to Virgin Mobile.
While using the T-Mobile phone, I heard background noise and voices most of the time. When I called and asked what that was and could they stop it, they told me no.
I am very grateful that I did not invest in an expensive phone or get more air time for T-Mobile. It would have been a mistake.
Before using this company's service, please do your research and get lots of feedback. From what I observed from how I was treated by customer service is... They don't care about customers who use their cheap phones!
