I purchased A $1,000 dOLPHIN dELUX 4 pool vaccume from them 17 dAYS ago. Used it today and noticed a manufacture defect, small plastic piece missing from tracks. Went to the store to exchange it, they said no returns/exchanges after two weeks. I explained how I was in the hospital, they didn't care, wouldn't help me at all. And only a Manager is allowed to do exchange, no manager in store until Monday. Ive spent thousands in this store over the past 10 years, this is the first problem I had, and they treated me like crap, and I was the only person in the store. Very dissapointed, never using them again.
