Hi My name is Susan Veglahn I had a problem with a pool product and received a quick response from district Manager for the inland empire (Temecula) Rick, I was then able to go to the Temecula store to receive my store credit, at this time i was unable to spend all of the credit i recieved another receipt that stated the store credit of 14.72 I was also told that i could use this store credit at any location. On 6/15 less than 2 weeks from receiving the store credit i took the srceipt to the store in Lake Elsinore and was told that the receipt did not work and that i would have to go to the Temecula store. I'm so frustrated over something so stupid i wish that i could have gone to the store to spend the rest of the store credit without any problems!!! Susan Veglahn
