Signed up for 14 day free trial of youSendIt and confirmation email from sign-up was not received so I signed up again for the free account. My account showed being a free Lite acount but I was billed. I went to the website and followed instructions to cancel the account but I can't access the account that is being billed. Calls are to endless hold cycle with no answer. I am being billed 14.99 per month and can't get it stopped.
