I would like to add my complaint to the several here on yet another unauthorized charge by YouSendIt. I did a free offer at their site last Sept. And since then they have billed me $10.00 a month on my credit card for a Premium Service I didn't order. It is impossible to contact them by either phone or email, so what can be done to stop this and get a refund?
