Had my first Shark 14 months. Used it about twice a week. The handle broke in two. Order another one. Still used it about twice a week. This one stopped sending out steam, but the unit is heating. Looked at the paperwork I received with the mop, and there was no warrenty info.
I like steam mops, but I won't buy another Shark.
