I've been using the Shark steam mop for over a year with no problems. I plugged it in this morning it lights up but nothing happens. I left it on for 3 minutes and the it never heated up.
I'can't afford to replace right now and I am sure a repair would be nearly the cost of a new mop. For 120.00 I expect a product to last more than a year. I take good care of my items. I am very disappointed.
