My husband found an advertisement on the internet in reference to building your own solar panels about 2 months ago. He asked me recently if I had seen anything as of yet to the order we placed in reference to receiving a guide and/or dvd. None has been delivered via an e-mail link for downloadable guide or received through snail mail as of today's date. I immediately went to look at our credit card statements, found the transaction date of 2/10 and called the "800" number for Clickbank. I was rushed through a conversation (as I was apparently asking too many questions) and was then asked if I wanted a refund for the product that we didn't receive. I said, of course, yes I would and was then told I would receive a credit within the next 5 to 6 business days. Something smelled of a scam which is why I'm filing this complaint.
