Ripoff Very dishonest liars fraudulent very difficult to talk to and get answers

My husband found the company on line through an email we received. My husband responded and they called us back. When they did they told my husband that the fee was $249.95, which in turn my husband informed them we did not have the money in our checking to just give to them.

They said no worries it would come out of the credit card limit and we will have to make payment on the card for that ammount. The next day my husband went to check our on line bank statement and Premier Healthcare had taken the payment directly out of our checking. My husband immediately called them to inquire about the transaction, and they then informed him that that was how proceedure was done. My husband and I were so eager to get our credit back on track that we went ahead with what we were told. They said that the credit limit was $5,000 and the interest rate was 3.9% and that we should receive the card in three to four weeks. Almost four weeks rolled along and no card, my husband called them again and found out that they needed his signature and that a letter was in the mail, from the date they receive the form is when we would receive the card between (you guessed it) three to four weeks.

So the next day my husband received the form in the mail and signed it, instead of mailing we faxed it, so that way we would receive the card faster. Last friday my husband calls because it has been over four weeks and still no card. They said the card was already mailed out and we should be receiving it any day, when he asked when she told him she didn't have access to that information. She said if we didn't get it over the weekend to call back Monday. Well the weekend went by and still no card, so he did what the lady told him, he called back. The lady he spoke to then told him the same as the lady on Friday, the card has already been mailed out. He has been calling all week and today, Nicole Johnson (who's supervisor is Tina Davis) who informed him that the first bank had denied him but the second bank accepted him.

When my husand asked about the credit limit and the interest rate, she got irate with him and asked if he just wanted the $249.95 refunded. He said yes and she said that we should receive a letter in the mail regarding his refund and that he needed to sign it and send it back, from the date they receive the letter it will take four to five business days to see a check in the mail for the ammount. My husband then said no way, I want the money back into my account by the end of the day, she then said that was not the company policy worked. Needless to say it took me on the phone with one of the supervisors, Julie Smith ID#307, I informed her that if I did not receive the payment back into my checking by the end of the day I would be contacting the State's Attorney General and contacting a lawer. She said that they couldn't change company policy because of one disatisfied customer, I then informed her that according to the internet that there were several disatisfied customers. She then explained to me again how the refund will work, and then said it wouldn't bother her at all if I were to call the State's Attorney General's office.

Then she ended the phone call with, "I have your husband recorded agreeing that this is non refundable!" I then asked to hear the recording in which she was referring to, she said that was also against company policy. If you have had any of this happen to you, I would recommend that you close your checking account and open a new one. I do not know whether or not we will receive the money however we will fight for it.
