My name is Kelley Cartwright. One of your sales representatives (Jiff I
believe, along with another male representative), had called me about 3
weeks ago, telling me that I won a $500 coupon/gift card to any grocery
store, along with a Walmart $50 coupon. I received multiple phone calls
from these guys, trying to get things sorted out with the confirmation
number and such, and they always had to take down my credit card info
during each call. But, all in all, I was getting frustrated, and the guy
told me to just say yes to all of the automated questions. I told him
initially that I did not want to buy the magazine, but he told me to say
yes in any event so that I could still receive the incentives (coupons).
About 1.5 weeks later, I noticed a strange billing on my account. One that
totaled $49.95, and the other that was $25.00. I then called your company
to query this. A woman representative assisted me, and I told her that I
did not have time to check my mailbox, because apparently, I was supposed
to mail the package back if I did not want the magazine. So she told me
that she would refund the $49.95 back to my account, but I would have to
send the magazine/book card back to you all in order to get the $25.00
credited to my account. However, I do not remember receiving a magazine
from you all in the first place, and I recently checked my mailbox and I
got nothing, so I ask that you may please refund the $25.00 back to my
account please. My verification number is 111023150610, in case you need
further reference or evidence.
