The Dunkin Donuts in Lockport, Illinois, the ONLY one in town is a nightmare! Obviously, for me to search out this sight indicates how fed up I am. The employees sound annoyed when taking my order through the drive through. After taking my order I then have to repeat it once I arrive at the window! Their system, or lack there of, is time consuming and inefficient! I say this because then my order is ALWAYS wrong! How many times do I need to ask for whipped cream in my coffee? I Ve never received an apology, and rarely am i thannked for my business! After its fixed (FINALLY!), I drive away thinking why does my caramel latte taste differently every time I order it? This restaurant is usually out of munchkins by 11:00 A.M. On Saturdays! I could go on and on... Its truly a nightmare!
