I have been wearing eye glasses since 1995. The pair I bought at WalMart are the worst ever! Six months later the lens are so scratched I can barely see out of them. I called and told them about the scratches and the representative at the Eye Center told me that it was impossible because WalMart ALWAYS uses scratch resistant on every pair they sell. I told her that I had ordered glare resistance coating, as prescribed by my doctor, and who ever handled the order must have forgotten about the scratch coating. She didn't believe me.
Life is hard enough! Due to illness, I couldn't follow-through with the problem. THEN—a month ago one of the temple tips broke off (NOT just a loose or missing screw). Just a few minutes ago the OTHER temple tip broke. I have NEVER experienced such bad quality—nor am I abnormally rough with the glasses. The frames are faulty and the lens were NOT coated with Scrath Resistance.in all the years I've worn glasses, this has never happened. I've had glasses that lasted for over five years. I demand a replacement or my $240.00 back! Please contact me.
