In January my checking acct. Was charged $15.00 for AT&T Connect which I no longer renewed. I contacted them on 2-9-12 demanding my $30.00 refund. I even rec'd a Ticket #A3655724 and was assured that I would receive my refund within 7 to 10 business days. Well, it's April 2 and I have to-date been charged $60.00 for this service. I contacted AT&T AGAIN, got another Ticket #A4124609. I was told by Edmon with AT&T that they have cancelled my account and would refund me $30.00. I blew a gasket and stated AT&T owes me $60.00 now!!! Edmon said he would request upper management to review my account for the other $30.00 and I should expect to receive my refund credited to my checking. I am livid with AT&T and find it unbelievable that I have yet to get my money back from such a huge corporation. I am now cancelling my AT&T U-verse and Internet through AT&T as soon as I decide who I want to use. I suggest that everyone that uses AT&T Connect to never agree to a Contract For Services EVER AGAIN!!!
