I, too, was a victim of walmart connect. I had their service for maybe 6 months, then decided to go to road runner (which is execellent). I cancelled with walmart connect back in may of this year. They were very rude and did not listen to a thing I said.
I finally just cut the woman off (who was foreign and I couldn't understand her anyway) and told her I wanted to cancel and that was that. Well I got charged for the next month but was refunded only to be charged again.
When I called in the guy was a freak and said he had no idea why I was refunded and that I would be charged and that was all he could tell me. If they think I am through with them they are crazy. I plan to call every day until they refund my money. So they better get used to me.
