$28.90 automatically debited fraudulently from my checking account for the last two months and cancellation was made in September without connection
AOL 7.0 and AOL have been automatically deducting $28.90 from my checking account monthly starting in October. On the 6th of October, November and December I noticed that 28. And 90 cents has beenh automatically deducted from my checking account. I know that I told a representative that I couldn't get AOL online and she kept insisting that she wanted to make a sale on their newest broadband. AOL 7.0 stopped service and stated it on the internet that I could no longer connect to the server and I immediately went to windows MSN.com and I connected. I told the salesperson at AOL that their services were no longer rendered because AOL wouldn't connect. I told her that I was using MSN and connected and I have been using it ever since. I want AOL to stop immediately taking money for a service that wouldn't connect and couldn't receive. She agreed to this but they still take my money from account This must stop. Get AOL to stop automatically pay for a service that I csnnot receive or want to receive. I want the AOL service to get off my back and stay with Msn.com.
