I purchase many Living Social coupons. Some I purchase for upcoming vacations. When plans change due to emergencies, Living Social will give you a hard time about getting credit for extenuating circumstances. I realize that they have rules., but if you are a regular customer that buys a lot of coupons there are going to be that many more times when S#*T happens. I had purchase a photo tour for when I visit my mother-in-law in Maryland. When she died unexpectedly (she did not give notice) our trips to Maryland will not happened as planned. Living Social's attitude was"we understand, but it's to bad and we will only give you half back" and don't ever let it happen again or we will give you nothing. Duh! I will ask people not to die, lose their job, break a leg, etc. If you have a heart attack make sure you plan it around your vacation or diner reservations otherwise it is screw you buddy. I will be more careful and buy less from Living un-Social.
