Living social continues to take advantage of their customers by offering deals that are not what they advertised. My recent restaurant deal cost $24 and Living Social said the value was $49. Had I purchased everything myself the cost would have been $35 based on the restaurants menu; not the $49 value their deal said.
This has happened a number of times. Another example is when I purchased a 5K Mud Run; my first. It turned out not to be a true 5K Mud Run. Their offer said we were saving 50%, when actually their cost was much higher then 5K Mud Runs that are much better.
Living Social is taking advantage of people and it has to stop. I for one will never buy another deal from them and I encourage others to do the same if you experience this same problem yourself.
