My name is Denise Pizana and I went to the Troy location to purchase a mattress and box spring, in October. Well after 2 weeks I could feel the difference in the mattress.in february I took a good look at the matress after turning it around twice, because you can't flip it, and saw the top was thicker than the bottom and the sides were 1 inch sunken and so was the middle. I called ABC and they sent someone out in March. After not getting a phone call from them, I called them and got the run around about who I was supposed to call, finally the manager of the store returned my call to tell me that was normal and that it would balance out. Well as time went on it worsened so I called them again and they told me to call the manufacturer. I called my attorney. One month before the warranty ended (I did not know the warranty was only for one year) they came out again. After taking the mattress cover off and letting them inspect it, my phone rang. When I got off the phone the inspector was done and said he would report it being 1 inch and a half sunken. When I called ABC warehouse because once again I did'nt get a return call or letter, they said it was from customer abuse, and they were not going to honor it. Although I have a ABC credit card with a $2500 credit I will not deal with ABC warehouse as long as I live.
