I ordered an item from this company back in February. It never arrived so around March 2nd I sent the company an email. They failed to even acknowledge that they had received it. Shortly there after, however, I did receive an email stating that the item was shipped. Again I waited and nothing arrived. I went on line to find a physical address which turned out to be about ten miles from where I live. I could not, however find a phone number. After approximately 5 additional emails that were never answered, I contacted Amazon payments and filed a complaint. They requested that I file an email directly through them to the seller to see if that would be successful. That was sent on March 29 and again the company refused to acknowledge receiving it. Payment through Amazon was finally refunded on April 5.
Pay4less is simply a ripoff. They figure that the average person may get tired of trying to get their product and forget the whole thing. To have a company with no means of contacting them except an email address does not bode well for their legitimacy. After reading some of the other reviews it is pretty clear that this company is a scam.
